Page 6 <br /> B. The LESSOR shall keep and maintain the leased <br /> coaches and all eguipment thereon in good repair, <br /> condition and working order. <br /> C. The LESSOR shall furnish all fuel, oil, parts and <br /> supplies in connection with the operation and <br /> maintenance of leased coaches. <br /> D. The LESSOR shall garage the leased vehicles at the <br /> facilities of the Decatur Public Transit System <br /> and have them available for use by the LESSEE each <br /> day. <br /> E. The LESSOR shall assist the LESSEE in the screen- <br /> ing, hiring, and training of operators for the <br /> leased vehicles. <br /> F. If one of the leased vehicles shall become inoper- <br /> able, it will be the responsibility of the LESSOR <br /> to provide another vehicle of comparable value and <br /> seating capacity for LESSEE' s use. <br /> 6 . PAYMENT: During the term of this Agreement, the LESSEE <br /> shall pay as rental for each of the leased vehicles the <br /> sum of Sixteen Dollars ($16 .00) per hour. Within five <br /> (5) days after the close of each month, the LESSOR, <br /> shall bill the LESSEE for the time (to the nearest <br /> quarter hour) that the vehicles were used during the <br /> month. The LESSEE shall make payment within fifteen <br /> (15) days of receipt of said bill. <br /> 7 . DEFAULT: The following are events of default hereun- <br /> der: (a) non-payment of any rent or other amount due <br />
