MERCER, INCORPORATED FOR ACTUARIAL <br /> STUDIES OF THE POLICE AND FIRE PENSION FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between William M. Mercer, Incorporated and the City of <br /> Decatur to perform independent actuarial studes for the Fire and <br /> Police Pension Funds, together with other analysis and <br /> projections be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
