At the completion of the watermain and service line <br /> construction referred to in paragraph 1 hereof, Choice Properties <br /> shall pay to the City an amount equal to the cost of constructing <br /> a 6-inch watermain, including fittings, in lieu of the 16-inch <br /> watermain so constructed, and the actual cost for the <br /> construction of the 6-inch service line. The cost for such <br /> 6-inch watermain will be determined by using City Project 8901 - <br /> Watermain Extension Program. <br /> 3 . Choice Properties shall make payment to the City, as <br /> required by paragraph 2 hereof, in accordance with the procedures <br /> set out in sections 4 and 5 of Chapter 65 of the City of Decatur <br /> City Code, and Choice Properties further agrees that the <br /> enforcement provisions of section 6 of said Chapter 65 fully <br /> apply to all payments required to be made hereunder. <br /> 4 . Choice Properties shall install, at its cost, a 6-inch <br /> meter pit and meter at that point in Downing Street where the <br /> 6-inch service line installed by the City terminates. Choice <br /> Properties shall further be responsible for any additional 6-inch <br /> service line required, and such service line and said meter shall <br /> be installed to City standards and specifications. <br /> 5. Choice Properties shall install six fire hydrants , to <br /> City standards and specifications, at those locations shown on <br /> Exhibit B hereto. <br /> 6 .
