IL-90-X152 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That a copy of the Urban Mass Transportation <br /> Operating and Capital Assistance Grant Contract between the U.S. <br /> Department of Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
