� � + � <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> Section 9 of the UMT Act requires a designated recipient to <br /> enter into formal agreements for projects not carried out <br /> directly by the Designated Recipient. The Grantee under this <br /> Grant Agreement is not a Designated Recipient. Therefore, the <br /> Designated Recipient, in accordance with the Urban Mass <br /> Transportation Act or 1964 , as amended, hereby agrees to permit <br /> the Grantee ur.der this Grant Agreement to receive and dispense the <br /> Federal funds described in this Grant Agreement.
