The items specifically discussed <br /> were: <br /> • Bascule Gate replacement or rehabilitation <br /> • Southside upstream wing wall rehabilitation <br /> • Flood Gate replacement or rehabilitation <br /> • Recently discovered seepage along the outside face of the southside <br /> downstream wing wall <br /> • Erosion and weathering of the concrete on the downstream side of <br /> the Bascule Gates <br /> • Integrity of the previous repairs to the slab which protects the <br /> downstream face of the dam <br /> The product of this additional work will be the development of a long-range <br /> plan and schedule for the rehabilitation work at the Lake Decatur Dam. The <br /> principal features of this additional work will be: <br /> 1. An investigation program to develop the information needed for the <br /> preliminary designs for the rehabilitation work. The investigation <br /> program will include: <br /> A. Speciality contractor underwater inspection and report for the <br /> upstream wing walls at the south side of the dam to determine <br /> the extent of deterioration (cracks, holes or movement) . <br /> B. Speciality contractor inspection and report of the Bascule <br /> Gates. <br />
