Ba , Jr. , City Manager <br /> RE: Decatur Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Agreement <br /> The City and Convention Bureau have entered into an agree- <br /> ment which specifies the amount and purpose of funding which the <br /> City provides. Because the scope of work and budgeted amount <br /> vary from year to year, these agreements have always been for a <br /> 12 month period, the present agreement expires April 30 , 1990 . <br /> The attached agreement provides for a 12 month extension <br /> which specifies the use of funds and payment of funds for the <br /> $172 ,700 included in the fiscal 90/91 annual budget.
