� <br /> . <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between JACQUELINE WEST <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to <br /> comply therewith. <br /> 2 . Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, <br /> Owner may tap the water main of City existing in South Shores <br /> Drive and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential <br /> service only to the premises of Owner, commonly known as 80 South ! <br /> Shores Drive, Decatur, Illinois, and described as: <br /> The East 225 feet of the West 265. 7 feet of the South <br /> 300 feet of the North 330 feet of the Southeast 1/4 , <br /> Southwest 1/4, Section 25 Township 16, Range 2 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. , containing 1 . 55 acres. <br /> 3 . Said tap, connection and service shall be made and <br /> installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4 . The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, <br /> within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, <br /> petition to annex the same to the City. <br />
