That the supplemental agreement presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the State of Illinois, Department of <br /> Transportation and the City providing for widening and resurfac- <br /> ing the existing pavement from northeast of the U.S. Route 51 <br /> bypass, north to Legion Drive on Illinois Route 48 and from I1- <br /> linois Route 48 and Illinois Route 105 (Borchers Corner) , widen- <br /> ing and resurfacing of existing pavement on Illinois Route 105 to <br /> Business Route U. S . 51 , be, and the same is hereby received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
