C. Monthly coordination and Project Payment Meetings will be held on-site <br /> during construction. Meetings will be attended by ENGINEER's resident <br /> inspector and Project Engineer as well as OWNER'S representative. <br /> 4. Review water sampling and testing procedures necessary to meet the effluent <br /> requirements from the dredge disposal site. Sampling shall be completed by the � <br /> OWNER, testing shall be completed by the ENGINEER. <br /> � <br /> 5. Provide retention site reclamation preliminary planning and schematic design = <br /> services. ; <br /> 6. Provide coordination and advice to the OWNER regarding future additional <br /> dredging projects. <br /> SECTION 2 -ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 1. If authorized in writing by OWNER, Additional Services related to the Assignment <br /> will be performed by ENGINEER for an additional professional fee. <br /> SECTION 3 - OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES � <br /> OWNER shall provide the following in a timely manner so as not to delay the services of <br /> the ENGINEER: � <br /> 1. Provide criteria and full information as to requirements for the Project, including ' <br /> design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and performance requirements, � <br /> flexibility and expandability, and any budgetary limitations; and furnish copies of all <br /> design and construction standards which the OWNER will require t� be included in the <br /> design. ' <br /> 2. Assist ENGINEER by placing at his disposal all available information pertinent to <br /> the design including previous reports and any other data relative to planning, design or <br /> construction of the project sites. , <br /> 3. Furnish to ENGINEER, as required for performance of the ENGINEER'S <br /> responsibilities, data prepared by or services of others, including without limitation core � <br /> borings, probings, and sub-surface explorations, test wells, hydrographic surveys, ' <br /> laboratory tests and inspections of samples, materials and equipment; appropriate <br /> professional interpretations of all of the foregoing; environmental assessment and <br /> impact statements; property, boundary, easement, right-of-way, topographic and utility <br /> surveys; property descriptions; zoning, deed and other land use restriction; and other � <br /> special data or consultations available not specifically enumerated herein, all of which <br /> ENGINEER may rely upon in performing his services. � <br /> 4. All contract, appraisal, negotiation, surveying and legal requirements to obtain ' <br /> land for lease, purchase or easement. <br /> 5. Salary & fringe benefit rates for employees who might be involved with in-house , <br /> dredging work for economic analysis & comparison of contracting methods. ; <br /> 4 of 7 <br />
