R � '" � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - DECATUR PARK DISTRICT - <br /> - M�1CON COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED IlY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the Agreement submitted to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur, Decatur Park District and <br /> Macon County Conservation District, regarding the City' s <br /> participation in the securing of funds, and construction and <br /> maintenance of a trail system be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
