9 ) FUNDING AND REPAYMENT <br /> This project will be funded by a loan from the State of <br /> Illinois Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) to the <br /> District. <br /> The loan will be repaid by the DISTRICT in accordance with <br /> the State Loan requirements. <br /> The loan will be for a term of twenty ( 20) years at � <br /> � <br /> simple interest on the unpaid principal balance . Principal and <br /> interest will be payable in quarterly installments beginning three <br /> ( 3 ) months after the DISTRICT has accepted the rehabilitation <br /> project . The CITY agrees to pay to the DISTRICT, the above <br /> mentioned loan repayment sum on or before the first Monday of the <br /> third month of each quarter until all sums are paid in full . <br /> Any other expenses that arise from this project and are <br /> not loan eligible will be invoiced to the CITY. The CITY agrees <br /> to reimburse the DISTRICT for invoiced expenses within thirty ( 30) <br /> days of invoice . <br /> 10) SOU CE �F PAYMENT <br /> The CITY hereby pledges its full faith and credit for the <br /> repayment of the loan hereby described. <br /> 11 ) CONTRACT AGREEMENT F� FACILITY PLAN REVISION <br /> Upon consummation of this agreement, the DISTRICT agrees to <br /> contract with the firm of Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski, & Associates , <br /> Inc . of, 1999 W.
