, <br /> - 2 - <br /> 1 . Winifred Bavor shall file an annexation petition <br /> with the City , in compliance with I11 . Rev. Stat. 1987 , Ch. <br /> 24 , para. 7-1-8 , said petition to describe the Premises and <br /> to request that the same be annexed to and included within <br /> the corporate limits of the City. I�' <br /> 2 . The City hereby waives any requirement otherwise I <br /> applicable that Winifred Bavor pay to the City any fee for �' <br /> filing the petition referred to in paragraph 1 hereof. <br /> 3 . Upon receipt of said annexation petition, the City <br /> shall annex the Premises to the City as provided by law. <br /> 4 . Upon annexation of the Premises to the City , the <br /> City shall zone said Premises B-2 Commercial District, as <br />�I provided by law and by Ordinance Ko. 3512 , as amended ("the <br /> Zoning Ordinance") . <br /> 5 . During the term of this agreement, Winifred Bavor, <br /> or her heirs , successors or assigns , shall have the right to � <br /> tap any City water or sewer main lying in any public I'�� <br />�I easement or other right-of-way adjacent to the Premises and <br /> to extend a service line therefrom to the principal � <br /> single-family structure existing on said Premises on the ' <br /> date hereof ("Structure") , and to the other two buildings <br /> now lo <br /> cated on the Premi <br /> ses . Such taps may be made without , <br /> payment of any fee therefor to the City , but shall atherwise <br /> be in full compliance with all City codes , ordinances , rules <br /> and re ulations in effect at the tim � <br /> $ e such tap is made. <br />
