' • - 5 - <br /> payments are payable by the City hereunder. Failure of <br /> Winifred Bavor during her lifetime to maintain a domicile in <br /> the Structure for a period of not more than 2 consecutive <br /> years shall not terminate the City ' s obligation to make such <br /> payments , if she or her heirs , successors or assigns , <br /> maintain a domicile in the Structure before and after such <br /> period of time. <br /> 10. The provisions of this agreement shall supersede <br /> the provisions of any ordinance, code or regulation of the <br /> City which may be in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> agreement. <br /> 11 . If any provision of this agreement is held <br /> invalid, the remainder hereof shall not be affected thereby. <br /> 12 . Time is of the essence of this agreement. <br /> 13 . This agreement shall run with the land, subject to <br /> the terms of paragraph 14, below. <br /> 14.
