-3- <br /> . • n. Assist the CLIENT in selecting appropriate experts or specialists as the claims may require. <br /> - o. Provide personnel needed to perform the services agreed to herein. <br /> p. Obtain approval from responsible CLIENT personnel before making any assignment to <br /> independent adjusters and incurring outside adjusting fees. <br /> q. Furnish to the CLIENT a set of loss and information reports showing detail and summary <br /> loss information in the following form: <br /> Standard Report Frequency <br /> Summary Loss Report Monthly <br /> Loss & Claim Experience Report Monthly <br /> Specific Excess Report Monthly <br /> Activity Summary Monthly <br /> Claim Activity Report Monthly <br /> Claim Register Monthly <br /> Accident Loss Analysis Report Annually <br /> Claim Loss Analysis Report Annually <br /> r. Investigate and pursue subrogation possibilities in behalf of the CLIENT in all states <br /> permitting subrogation. Funds received from all subrogation collections shall be considered <br /> revenue of the CLIENT. <br /> 2. With respect to Self-Insurance �ualification, GB shall assist the CLIENT in the filing of periodic <br /> reports and renewal applications required by state administrative agencies. All fees and <br /> assessments in connection with such are the obligation of the CLIENT. <br /> 3. With regard to Risk Management Consulting and Appraisals, GB shall provide the services set <br /> forth in Schedule V. <br /> 4. With regard to Loss Control, GB shall provide services in the area of Loss Control for the <br /> coverages set forth on schedule V. <br /> GB's approach wilf be to evaluate current CLIENT, policy, procedure and programs as to their <br /> effectiveness in controlling losses and make recommendations for remedial action. Other more <br /> specific service functions have been developed with CLIENT'S authorized representative and are <br /> spelled out in the service instructions. <br /> GB does not assume the CLIENT'S duty or responsibility to its employees or to the public, nor <br /> does GB assume the authority to direct and control supervisory or management personnel. <br /> Information in reports provided will be obtained from sources which to the best of GB's knowledge <br /> will be authentic and reliable. GB makes no guarantee of results and assumes no fiability in <br /> connection with the information provided or the safety suggestions made. Further, it cannot be <br /> assumed that GB will be aware of, or see, or recognize every unsafe act nor recommend every <br /> reasonable safety recommendation. <br /> CoM•LE p/89) <br />
