RESOLUTION N0. R D � ^ � � <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br /> AND TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> AND SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the Comprehensive Land Use and <br /> Transportation Plan of the City of Decatur be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2 . That the Plan Commission of the City of Decatur <br /> be, and it is hereby, directed to conduct a public hearing upon <br /> said Plan as provided by law. Said Plan Commission is further <br /> directed to file its report and recommendation regarding said <br /> Plan with the City Clerk not later than sixty (60) days from the <br /> date of said hearing. <br /> Section 3 .
