Subgrantee Agreement <br /> Agreement between City and DCDF, Inc. <br /> Loaned Employees <br /> _._---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> With your concurrence, the attached Subgrantee Agreement will be <br /> placed on the next Council agenda. This agreement covers the <br /> Fiscal Year 1989-90 Community Development Block Grant Program, <br /> and allocates $278 , 000 to DCDF, Inc. for the rehabilitation loan <br /> program. <br /> An agreement is also included in which the City authorizes loaned <br /> employees to be uti.lized b_y DCDF, Inc, in the administration of <br /> the loan program. <br /> In past years an informal agreement has existed between the Gity <br /> and DCDF, inc. The employee agreement and the Subgrantee Agree- <br /> ment formalize the relationship between the two entities . <br /> /sgk <br />
