� .. <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and bet*aeen the Owner(sj of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: �' <br /> 1. The pr.ovisic�ns of tha.s AgreQ�er.t, ai�d the installation, operation ' <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to conply therewith. <br /> 2. P_£ter completion of the cunstruction of a coater �ai:� b�r the City in <br /> the street or roads�ay adjacenr, ro the �rem�.se� d�scribed �ierein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the Ci[y for <br /> premises wit:in its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> �icensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished �y City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and on15 upon tne premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contigucus to the ccrpor�te <br /> Zimits Gf City, the then owner of said premiszs sha11, within n�nety (90) days <br /> arter receiving notice frcm City thereof, petition to <^.nziex thp sa�ne to the <br /> City. <br /> 5. This Agreement shall terminate unon the fa�luze by Owner to comply <br /> with any pr�visi�n hereof or with any applica�le grovision of ��ty Code, <br /> ordir.ances, rules or ragulations, or upon the annexation of �a�d premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminatec by either party upon six (6� months notice by <br /> � <br />
