Attached is a tabulation of bids received. <br /> City staff recommends that the contract be awarded to Con- <br /> struction Service , the low bidder, at their bid price of <br /> $42 , 030. 20 . <br /> A resolution to that effect will be on the agenda for the <br /> meeting of Monday, October 16, 1989. <br /> The Director of Public Works will be available to answer any <br /> questions at the meeting. <br />
