Stat. 1983, Ch. 127, Par. 46.40) , as weTl as the rules published in the <br /> Illinois Register (Title 47: Chapter 1: Part 40, Illinois Clean and Beautiful <br /> Program. ) The Grantee agrees to use fund provided under this agreement for the <br /> uses and purposes set forth herein. The Oepartment has the authority to make <br /> such grants pursuant to I11 . Rev.
