r' ' • <br /> SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR - CITY OF DECATUR <br /> JOINT PROGRAM FOR 1989 <br /> SEWER CLEANING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur area sewer system consists of sewers owned indi- <br /> vidually by the Sanitary District of Decatur and the City of Decatur; and <br /> WHEREAS, by recommendation of the 1989 SEWER REHABILITATION REPORT, <br /> certain sewers are recommended to be cleaned, <br /> As a matter of intergovernmental cooperation, the Sanitary District <br /> of Decatur and the City of Decatur agree: <br /> 1. To jointly establish a sewer cleaning program for the year 1989. <br /> 2. Certain sewers of the District and the City have been given the <br /> highest priority and need for cleaning. <br /> 3. The 1989 joint effort shall be initiated by contracting with the <br /> engineering firm of Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski and Associates, Inc. for <br /> engineering field supervision services. <br /> 4. The Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski and Associates, Inc. contract sub- <br /> mitted specifies the services to be furnished, the specific sewers to be <br /> cleaned and compensation to be received. <br /> 5. The Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski and Associates, Inc. contract is <br /> acceptable to the District and the City. <br /> 6. The Sanitary District of Decatur shall be the lead agency in the <br /> 1989 program and shall be authorized to execute the aforesaid contxact <br /> under the designation of "Owner. '! <br />
