5. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> Unless extended by Amendment, this Agreement shall <br /> terminate March 31, 1990, which is approximately 1 month after <br /> services are expected to be completed. <br /> 6. ADDITIONAL SERVICE <br /> Harza shall supply such additional services as requested <br /> by Client and agreed to by Harza in connection with the <br /> Project. Separate proposals shall be submitted by Harza for <br /> furnishing these additional services. Compensation for such <br /> additional services shall be negotiated by the parties and <br /> included in this Agreement by a written amendment. <br /> 7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> (a) Relationship Between Harza and Client <br /> Harza shall serve as Client's professional <br /> engineering consultant in those phases of the <br /> Project to which this Agreement applies. The <br /> relationship is that of a buyer and seller of <br /> professional services and it is understood that the <br /> parties have not entered into any joint venture, <br /> agency or partnership with the other. <br /> (b) Responsibility of the Engineer <br /> Harza will render engineering services in <br /> accordance with generally accepted and currently <br /> recognized engineering practices, procedures and <br /> 891012 <br /> WP298-AG -4- <br />
