Because we are an unbiased third party, our
inspections are performed without the desire to obtain contracts
for painting, repairs, or materials.
PREPARATION OF DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Based on our prebid inspection reports, you can determine what
repairs are to be performed. After you inform us of the scope
you wish the project to cover, we can begin to prepare Detailed
Technical Specificatic:s an V:hich the contractor can bid. If
desired we can also assemble the contract documents, review bids,
give recommendations for awarding the contract, and administer
the contract. If TANK INDUSTRY CONSULTANTS, INC. were to prepare
the Detailed Technical Specifications for the 1, 000,000 Gallon
and 1,500,000 Gallon tanks, contract documents incorporating the
two tank repairs into one rehabilitation project, and administer
the contract, the cost would be $8, 000.00. The proposed cost is
contingent upon TANK INDUSTRY CONSULTANTS, INC. receiving proper
authorization to initiate the preparation of the contract docu-
ments prior to September 1, 1989.
