Technical Level I time at the fixed rate of Fortq Dollars ($40.00) per hour. <br /> 4. Technical Level II time at the fixed rate of Thirtq Dollars ($30.00) per hour. <br /> 5. Technical Level III time at the fixed rate of Eighteen Dollars and Fifty Cents <br /> � ($18.50) per hour. <br /> 6.
