Operator shall submit to City within 90 days after <br /> commencement of the term of this Agreement an Affirmative <br /> Action Plan for all employees of Operator in accordance with <br /> ordinances of City of Decatur. Operator shall also submit <br /> to the City within 90 days after commencement of the term of <br /> this Agreement, a comprehensive hiring policy manual which <br /> will set forth the hiring practices which are consistent <br /> with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing <br /> the hiring of employees. If the Operator has previously <br /> satisfied the above requirements, it shall verify that those <br /> policies have been properly updated. <br /> 25 . Operator shall employ only persons of good moral <br /> character and reputation and shall conduct an investigation <br /> of all prospective employees. Operator shall furnish the <br /> name and identity and resume of each employee to the City. <br /> 26 . In addition to the reimbursement elsewhere pro- <br /> vided for in this Agreement, City shall pay to Operator for <br /> operation, management and supervision services the following <br /> fees: <br /> $53,650 First Year of Agreement (July 1 , 1989 <br /> through June 30, 1990) <br /> 12 <br />
