Direction and supervision of all accoun- <br /> ting, bookkeeping, auditing, purchasing <br /> and any policy or procedure as set forth <br /> by the City. <br /> B. Schedule Operations including: <br /> 1 . Studying and recommending changes in bus <br /> operating schedules , headway frequen- <br /> cies, transfer methods and other related <br /> transit operations. <br /> 2 . Direction of surveys to determine the <br /> need for establishing new rates, sched- <br /> ule and route changes, and transfer <br /> alterations. <br /> C. Labor Relations and Contract Negotiations <br /> including: <br /> 1 . Direction and supervision of labor <br /> relations, labor contracts and hearings <br /> on grievances and misunderstandings. <br /> 2 <br />
