That the tabulation of bids received for City <br /> Project 8915, South Water Treatment Plant - Filter Handrail and <br /> Catwalk, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Perry Steel Construction Co. , be <br /> accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
