�. ,� • �, , - 2 - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , agree as follows: <br /> l . District agrees to pay for all costs associated with <br /> the design and construction of the West Mound Road Trunk Sewer, <br /> less $34 ,000 to be paid by Trammell . <br /> 2 . The project will begin at an existing manhole located <br /> on the North right-of-way of West Mound Road and approximately <br /> six hundred sixty feet ( 660 ) Westerly of the centerline of <br /> Stevens Creek. <br /> 3. The West Mound Road Trunk Sewer construction will <br /> begin at the agreed upon location and be constructed <br /> Northwesterly for a distance of approximately twenty-two hundred <br /> feet ( 2200) to a point located approximately eight hundred fifty <br /> feet (850 ) East of North Taylor Road. <br /> 4 . The City will serve as the lead agency and manage and <br /> administer the project . <br /> 5 . All easements will be obtained and held in District ' s <br /> name. <br /> 6. District reserves the right to approve the design of <br /> the project and proposed materials, but said approval will not be <br /> unreasonably withheld . <br /> 7. The City will pay all project costs and submit <br /> request for reimbursement to the District once a month. <br /> 8 . Upon completion and acceptance of the project, City <br /> will transfer to District City' s ownership of the eighteen inch <br /> sewer adjacent to the completed project, this eighteen inch sewer <br /> being more particularly described as follows : Manhole 20T to <br /> 20R1 to 20R comprised of three manholes and 409 lineal feet of 18 <br />
