C 0 N T R A C T <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and concluded this lst day of May, <br /> I989, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, acting by and <br /> through its Council, hereinafter called "Owner" , and CURRY READY <br /> MIX OF DECATUR, INC. , his/their executors, administrators, suc- <br /> cessors or assigns, hereinafter called "Contractor. " <br /> WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments <br /> and agreements mentioned in the proposal for the improvement of- <br /> ficially known as Furnishing P. C. Concrete for Patching and <br /> Sidewalks - 1989, hereto attached, to be made and performed by <br /> the Owner, and according to the terms expressed in the bond <br /> referring to this agreement, the Contractor agrees with the Owner <br /> at his/their own proper cost and expense to do all the work, fur- <br /> nish all materials and labor necessary to complete the work in <br /> accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter <br /> described, and in full compliance with all of the terms of this <br /> agreement and the requirements of the Engineer under it. <br /> And it is also understood and agreed that the Notice to Con- <br /> tractors, Proposal, Standard Specifications, Supplemental <br /> Specifications , Special Provisions , Contract Bond, and Plans <br /> hereto attached are all essential documents of this contract and <br /> are a part thereof. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the said parties have executed this <br /> agreement on the date above mentioned. <br /> THE CITY O DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> B (� ���+/� <br /> Y <br /> TEST: MAYOR <br /> � <br /> C TY CLERK <br /> CURRY READY MIX OF D CATUR, INC. <br /> By <br /> President <br /> Secretary (Corporate Seal) <br />
