' ' • • . . <br /> Vehicular mileage will be reimbursed at $0. 30 per <br /> mile. Technical payroll is defined as salary cost <br /> plus (but not limited to) FICA, unemployment and <br /> workers compensation, vacation, holiday and sick <br /> pay allowance, and group insurance. <br /> IT IS MIITUALLY AGREED, <br /> 1. The total cost payable to the ENGINEER shall not <br /> exceed $75, 000.00 unless there is a change in scope <br /> or the OwNERS authorize an increase in the limit. <br /> 2. Partial billing will be made separately to the <br /> Sanitary District of Decatur and to the City of <br /> Decatur with the Sanitary District of Decatur being <br /> invoiced 45 percent and the City of Decatur being <br /> invoiced 55 percent of the total incurred cost. <br /> 3 . It shall be the ENGINEER�s responsibility: (1) <br /> Prior to increasing the scope of the PROJECT, to <br /> obtain the OWNER3 ' written authority. (2) When <br /> monies due the ENGINEER approach approximately 75% <br /> of the maximum amount, to advise the OWNERS of the <br /> remaining work to complete the PRO.7ECT and whether <br /> it can be performed within the "not to exceed" <br /> amount. (3) To justify to the OWNERS' satisfaction <br /> any request for an increase in the "not to exceed" <br /> maximum contract amount. <br /> TIiE OWNERS AND THE ENGINEER each binds himself, his partners, <br /> successors, executors, administrators and assignees to each other <br /> 6 <br />
