Wherein The Decatur Greenwood Cemetery is grantor <br /> and which said document was filed with the Macon County <br /> Recorder on June 12, 1896, and recorded in Book 198 at <br /> page 669; and <br /> 2, Wherein Carolyn M. Powers is grantor and which said <br /> document was filed with the Macon County Recorder on <br /> June 12, 1896, and recorded in Book 198 at page 670; and <br /> 3 . Wherein Decatur Packing Company, a corporation, is <br /> grantor and which said document was filed with the Macon <br /> County Recorder on June 12 , 1896, and recorded in Book <br /> 198 at page 671; and <br /> 4 . Wherein John Imboden is grantor and which said <br /> document was filed with the Macon County Recorder on <br /> June 12, 1896, and recorded in Book 198 at page 673 ; and <br /> 5. In which said documents described above the City of <br /> Decatur is the grantee of such authority and easement. <br /> Each tract of real estate described in the documents above <br /> enumerated is located in Macon County, Illinois. <br />
