That the Agreement between Walker Parking Con- <br /> sultants and Restoration Engineers, and the City of Decatur, Il- <br /> linois, for professional engineering services for Parking Garage <br /> "B" and "C" Repairs, City Project 8812, be and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
