That the Covenant presented to the Council <br /> herewith between Douglas Polite, Richard Cain, James Ielase, <br /> Associated Anesthesiologists of Decatur Employees Trust, John M. <br /> Brinkoetter, Martha M. Brinkoetter and the City of Decatur, <br /> providing for the development of premises to be known as South <br /> Franklin Estates and the improvement of a portion of Imboden <br /> Drive be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 .
