Brinkoetter and Martha M. <br /> Brinkoetter for the purpose of constructing said nursing home; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, a public street knozan as Imboden Drive is <br /> immediately south of and adjacent to the Premises and is owned <br /> and maintained by the City of Decatur, Illinois, (hereinafter <br /> "City") ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, John M. Brinkoetter and Martha M. Brinkoetter are <br /> desirous of obtaining certain improvements to Imboden Drive, thus <br /> improving access to the nursing home proposed to be constructed <br /> cn Lot l; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that Zmboden Drive be <br /> improved to. City standards to accommodate the traffic anticipated <br /> to be generated by the subdivision of the Premises and the <br /> construction of the nursing home as described herein; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners, John M. Brinkoetter and Martha M. <br /> Brinkoetter agree to share in the cost of the improvement to said <br /> Imboden Drive in consideration for the right to subdivide said <br /> Premises. ,,- �' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the promises and <br /> obligations made and assumed hereunder, the Owners, John M. <br /> Brinkoetter, Martha M.
