Likewise, failure of Douglas Polite, Richard Cain, James <br /> Ielase and Associated Anesthesiologists of Decatur Employees <br /> Trust to make payments as required for the second installment, <br /> shall in no way impair the right of John M. Brinkoetter and <br /> Martha M. Brinkoetter to have and hold Lot 1 free and clear of <br /> liens. <br /> 10.
