The site includes approximately 18.5 acres. <br /> The property is currently subdivided into four lots. It is anticipated that a+ 160 seat restaurant <br /> will be constructed on lot 1 with a gross floor area of approximately 5,000 square feet. Estimated <br /> construction cost is $1,000,000. Approximately 80 - 100 full and part time jobs will be created. <br /> Thirty thousand square feet of small shops and services establishments will be constructed on lots <br /> 2 and 3. Average floor area per establishment will be 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. Estimated <br /> construction cost is $1,500,000 to $2,500,000. Fifty to one hundred full and part time jobs will <br /> be created. <br /> A new 60,000 - 70,000 square foot grocery store will be constructed on lot 4. Estimated <br /> construction cost is $3,500,000 to $4,000,000. <br /> It is anticipated that construction will begin in mid 1995 with projects complete by mid to late <br /> 1996. <br />
