ORDINANCE NO. ' <br /> �S <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING LAND USE <br /> COMMUNICATION TOWER AND ELECTRONIC <br /> TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT SHELTER <br /> - 1535 Mc BRIDE AVENUE- <br /> VVHEREAS, the following described premises are currently zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial <br /> District: <br /> SEE EXF-IIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF; and, <br /> VV��REAS, Ameritech Mobile Communications, Inc. has petitioned this Council pursuant <br /> to Section XVI (B) of the Zoning Ordinance for approval to use said premises for construction of <br /> a communication tower and electronic telephone equipment shelter; and, <br /> WF-IEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has been approved by the Building <br /> Inspector and the Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII. OF TI-� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the petition described above, and the reports of the Building Inspector <br /> and the Fire Chief concerning said petition, be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That approval be, and it is hereby, granted to Ameritech Mobile <br /> Communir.ations, Inc. to construct and operate a communication tower and electronic telephone <br /> equipment shelter as shown on the site plan of said premises attached hereto, marked E�chibit B <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said approval be, and it is hereby, granted to Ameritech Mobile <br /> Communications, Inc., subject to the following conditions: <br /> A. Said communication tower shall not exceed 285 feet in height; <br /> B. Prior to issuance of any building pernut complete engineering construction <br /> drawings shall be submitted to and approved by the Building Inspection Division; I <br />
