, ; <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �I <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNTT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - NW CORNER OF NORTH MAIN STREET AND KENWOOD AVENUE - <br /> 'dVHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Hospital for a special <br /> use permit for an O-1 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> The North 21 and 1/2 acres of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br /> the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 3, EXCEPT <br /> commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE <br /> 1/4); thence West 411 feet; thence South 730 feet; thence East 411 <br /> feet; thence North to the place of beginning, situated in Township <br /> 16 North, Range Two East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon <br /> County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCII. OF TI� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use pernut be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Decatur Memorial Hospital to develop the premises described above under an <br /> O-1 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked <br /> Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, complete site <br /> and construction pians including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains, fire hydrants, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, streets, landscaping and signage be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Community Development and Director of Public Works. <br /> Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br />
