ORDINANCE NO. � — � 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - NW CORNER OF NORTA MAIN STREET AND KENWOOD AVENUE- <br /> WI�REAS, on the 6th day of October, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Hospital to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> The North 21 and 1/2 acres of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br /> the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of section 3, EXCEPT <br /> commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; <br /> thence West 411 feet; thence South 730 feet; thence East 411 feet; <br /> thence North to the place of beginning, situated in Township 16 <br /> North, Range Two East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FANIILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF T'HE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 � <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING I <br /> DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT.
