,. . <br /> Chapter 44 <br /> duly adopted thereunder, and such suspension or revocation may be in addition to any fine <br /> imposed. <br /> F-3103.8 Sale of Fireworks: Persons or entities holding permits for the sale of fireworks or <br /> employees of any person or entity holding a pernut for the sale of fireworks may only sell such <br /> fireworks to persons or entities who display or show the following: <br /> l. A valid and current pernut for the display or discharge of said fireworks and, <br /> 2. Another form of identification indicating that the person or entity purchasing the <br /> fireworks is the same person or entity as that listed on said permit. <br /> F-3103.8.1 Inventory: Any person or entity who sells fireworks under this Ordinance <br /> must maintain: <br /> 1. A detailed inventory of all items received, offered or exposed for sale including <br /> quantity received and date received; <br /> 2. A listing for each sale of fireworks indicating the items sold, purchaser's name, <br /> purchaser's address, purchaser's permit number, what other form of identification was shown, <br /> person who sold the fireworks and date on which the fireworks were sold; ' <br /> 3. All inventories maintained under this provision must be presented upon request to any <br /> City of Decatur employee pursuant to official business. <br /> F-3103.8.2 Age Qualifications: No one under the age of 18 may sell fireworks for any <br /> person or entity holding a permit for the sale of fireworks. <br /> F-3103.9 Purchase of Fireworks: Any person or entity when purchasing fireworks must <br /> display or show to the seller of the fireworks a valid and current pernut issued hereunder for the <br /> display or discharge of fireworks, another piece of identification indicating the person or entity <br /> purchasing the fireworks is the same person or entity as that listed on said permit and must supply <br /> his current address to the seller. <br /> F-103.10 Liability of Certain Persons: No licensee, owner, permit holder, possessor, manager, <br /> or other person in control or in charge of any place or premises holding a permit issued hereunder <br /> shall permit the violation of any provision of statute or the City Code. It shall not be a defense to <br /> a prosecution brought hereunder that the defendant did not have actual knowledge of the <br /> violation. <br /> 6. CODE OFFICIAL. The Chief of the Fire Service Division is hereby designated the <br /> code official and reference to such official herein or in said Code, shall be the same as if said <br /> officer was expressly refened to.
