. , � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. — � <br /> - ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> -RICHLAND HEIGFITS ADDTI'ION- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of 7uly, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Arthur Dwight Binder, Sr. and Mary Ann <br /> Binder to modify and amend the R-3 Residence Development Plan previously approved by <br /> Ordinance No. 77-139, as amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows : <br /> Lot Twenty-Five (25) of Richland Heights First Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 87 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> � <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said R-3 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, �' <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. ' <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is II� <br /> hereby, �nodified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and pernutted to <br /> develop the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked <br /> E�ibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
