Franklin Street. <br /> Section 3 . That between the hours of 6: 00 A.M. Friday, <br /> August 5, 1994, and 6: 00 A.M. , Monday, August 8, 1994, no person, <br /> firm or corporation having a Class A, B or C local liquor license <br /> issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 52 of the City Code <br /> and 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et. seq. , for premises having frontage on <br /> those streets, or portions thereof, listed ih Section 2 hereof, <br /> or located in the B-4 Central Business District, as established <br /> by the Zoning Ordinance, shall sell alcoholic liquor at retail <br /> for consumption on or off said premises at any location on said <br /> premises except from within a permanent structure located thereon <br />� and in existence on the date hereof. <br />� Section 4. That no beer or wine may be consumed as provided <br /> herein unless such beer or wine is in a plastic or paper cup. <br /> Section 5.
