ORDINANCE NO. -',3 <br /> ORDINANCE REGARDING PAY AND CERTAIN <br /> BENEFITS - GENERAL SERVICES <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That effective May 1, 1994 , and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of existing ordinance or administrative <br /> order not inconsistent herewith, those positions assigned by <br /> ordinance or administrative order to pay grades or ranges in the <br /> general services be, and they are hereby, authorized to have <br /> attached thereto, and employees occupying said positions on May <br /> 1, 1994 , be, and they are hereby, authorized to be paid, the <br /> respective salary or wage set out for each such grade or range as <br /> shown on Exhibit A, said Exhibit A being attached hereto and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED, and RECORDED this 2nd day of <br /> May, 1994. <br /> 1- <br /> l ' <br /> � � <br /> Erik C.
