ORDINANCE N0. � - 3 / <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD AREA - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 1994, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of George C. Weaver, Director of Community Development, <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> TRACT I: Beginning on the East right-of-way line of <br /> Brush College Road and the North right-of-way line of <br /> Brenneman Road , thence Easterly on the North <br /> right-of-way line of Brenneman Road to the North <br /> right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, <br /> thence Westerly along the North right-of-way line of the <br /> Illinois Central Railroad to the West right-of-way line <br /> of Brush College Road, thence South to the point of <br /> beginning. . <br /> TRACT II: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> section 32 , Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. , EXCEPT the East five (5) acres thereof. '! <br /> TRACT III: Lot Four (4) of Clark's Subdivision as er <br /> Plat recorded in aook 300 Page 72 of the records in �he <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-2 <br /> HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
