. f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��— � D <br /> - ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - FORREST GREEN ADDITION - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 1994 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> petition of Clarence Thompson to amend and modify an R-3, <br /> Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 5567 , and from time to time thereafter amended, said premises <br /> being legally described as follows: <br /> Lot Seventy-Nine (79) in Forrest Green Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1575 Page 200 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such Residence Development Plan be modified and amended as <br /> requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Residence Development Plan aforesaid <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended as shown on <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That except as modified by the provisions <br /> hereof, the previously approved Residence Development Plan as <br /> authorized by Ordinance No. 5567 , and from time to time <br /> thereafter amended, be, and the same is hereby, continued in full <br /> force anci ef f ect. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 2nd day of <br /> May, 1994 . <br /> �'�-C/ � � <br /> � <br /> ERIK C.
