( — � <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 2 NORTH COUNTRY CLUB ROAD AND 60 NORWOOD DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 1994 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Robert W. Penwell for a special use permit for an O-1 <br /> and R-2 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lots One (1) and Thirty-Six (36) in Norwood Heights <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 136 of <br /> the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to Robert W. <br /> Penwell to develop the premises described above under an O-1 and <br /> R-2 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and <br /> plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) Prior to development of said premises, detailed <br /> construction plans and specifications including, but not limited <br /> to water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, fire hydrants, <br /> streets , parking lots, driveways and landscaping shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> (b) That a chain or cable barrier be provided across the <br /> parking lot entrance after regular office hours if the City of <br /> Decatur Department of Community Development determines such is <br /> necessary to control use of the lot. <br />
