4. NORTHWEST has maintained a parking area on the north <br /> side of the baseball fields for the past four years without <br /> complaint from neiqhbors and in accordance with the parking area <br /> requirements set forth in said Ordinance. <br /> 5. Said north parking area was developed to avoid and <br /> prevent the families of baseball and softball participants and <br /> spectators from parking on said street area when the south parking <br /> area reached capacity. <br /> 6. NORTHWEST now desires to erect a storage building in <br /> the southwest corner of said tract or alternatively in the southeast <br /> corner of said tract as shown on the attached Exhibit A as "location <br /> A and location B" and a "batting cage" near the baseball fields as <br /> shown on attached Exhibit A as "location C. " <br /> 7 . The building would be appro�:imately 30 feet by 48 feet <br /> with a 10 foot ceiling and would be used to store baseball equipment <br /> and e ui ment and machiner used to maintain the baseball diamond <br /> q P Y <br /> complex. <br /> 8 . NORTHWEST desires to create a vehicular access to said <br /> tract from HunL Avenue to be used only for emergency vehicles which <br /> may be required at activities on the sports compke�. <br /> WHEREFORE, the Petitioners pray that the Special Use <br /> Permit previously issued as Ordinance 86-104 be amended to allow the <br /> following additional uses : <br /> 1. Erection of a storage- building as described in this <br /> Petition. <br /> 2 . Erection of a batting cage. <br />
