ORDINANCE NO. � O <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - NORTHWEST CORNER OF MARYLAND STREET <br /> AND MT. ZION ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of March, 1994 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Jim Romano to rezone premises described as follows: <br /> Al1 that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 <br /> of Section Twenty (20) , Township Sixteen (16) North, <br /> Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M. , lying South of <br /> F.A. Route 49 (U.S. Route 36) , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> reguirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
