_ ', <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT <br /> - WEST PACKARD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received requesting vacation of <br /> an easement, said easement being more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> An existing 20 foot wide easement for sanitary sewer <br /> through Lots 42 and 43 of Sims Knolls Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 40 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said easement is no longer useful to the public or <br /> to the City or to the owners of property abutting thereon and the <br /> public interest will be subserved by vacating said easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the above-described easement be, and the <br /> same is hereby, vacated, said easement being shown on the plat <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> PRESENT�D, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 7th day of <br /> March, 1994. <br /> � � <br /> �, � ��, <br /> j� �G �j �, <br /> ER C.
