County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said easement is no longer useful to the public or <br /> to the City or to the owners of property abutting thereon and the <br /> public interest will be subserved by vacating said easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
